i have salmon today as well and your recipe sounds good, however my CSA share is so overloaded with salad greens that i have made a Lettuce Sauce which is remarkably tasty on angel hair pasta and now will have a go with it on the salmon.
Katherine, that sounds really good. Would love it if you shared the recipe. Glad to hear you’re part of a CSA. Thanks for stopping by. – TaMara
lots of lettuce recipes floating around this season / i made lettuce soup as well / good ideas here :
http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2010/06/how-to-cook-what-to-do-with-lettuce-soup-grilled-stir-fried-lettuce-sauce-recipes.html
i got the idea from that recipe and improvised / i used spring onions from my garden as well as parsley and cilantro and at the end thinking it was too loose i threw in a handful of pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
Thanks Katherine, I will check these out. Lettuce beyond salad is new for me, so I’m intrigued.
