Another Round of Inside & Out Grilled Cheese
JeffW’s sandwich looked so good I had to watch the video and see how it was done. Decided to make them today, with a few changes. I used whole grain bakery bread, added mayonnaise, tomato and jalapeno. My cheese of choice was sharp cheddar and jack. Lots of butter and my cast iron gave me a crispy brown crust. It was good.

Yum! I have an experiment going today. Sourdough deli rye with a raw onion chopped and mixed in. It’ll probably be risen enough to bake this afternoon some time. Failures are bird food. If I make a post about it you will know it worked, at least half way.
I’m working on Apple Butter. I have a ton of pictures, but unless the final result is yummy, you’ll never see them. LOL!
