Chicken Spaghetti
How about “Pollo Parmesano con Capellini San Marzano“? LOL Breaded chicken tenders baked with mozzarella and Parmesan along with angel hair pasta in a sauce made with more of those San Marzano tomatoes. Also in the sauce are garlic cloves, onions, diced carrots, celery, sweet peppers, and some dried Italian herbs.

That’s going into my rotation! I don’t know why we so seldom prepare such a delish dish. Do you use frozen tenders?
Thanks! Yes, we use frozen tenders. We buy them by the bagful at a place we get to on occasion – we take coolers and ice packs and really make a haul for the freezer, the chicken and other meats. Their bacon is to die for!
Mmmm, easy chicken parm. Yum.
