Toast tortillas, fry eggs, open jars of salsa, chop peppers, combine!

I have red and green salsas working on this plate, and Cholula hot sauce as a kicker. The green diced peppers are fresh jalapenos, the red are just bells. Brush flour tortillas with oil and sprinkle ground dried peppers over them, and some cheddar, toast them in an oven and use them as a base for the eggs.
