Spent a few minutes Googling pasta + cream and ran across this recipe. It looked pretty good, thought I would give it a spin. I used a different pasta, had some I bought at what I’ve been calling the Asian grocery. I think the name on the sign is “International Foods” or similar. About 90% of the stock can certainly be called Asian, but there is that 10% that isn’t. Some mushroom flavored pasta caught my eye. The slide show is so cool that I think I’ll let it speak for me.
