Shrimp and Andouille in a Creole Mustard Sauce

This was tasty and quick.  Not sure the mustard I came up with is the proper creole recipe from New Orleans but I bet it was close enough.  Not sure how I stumbled across this recipe, but it sure sounded good.  The Cajun spice I used I made from this recipe.
