Mmm…chorizo for breakfast.

I love my skillet.

I have to say, the last batch of chorizo I made was the best yet.  I added some extra chipotle powder, ancho powder, and red pepper flakes, along with an extra helping of basic chili powder.  Today I fried some hash brown potatoes with the chorizo and dropped a few eggs onto everything and covered the skillet until the eggs set up.

It made for a pretty plateful:

But a fellow has to watch his waistline so I didn’t even try to eat the whole plate.  What to do, what to do.  Let’s take another picture!
