Mmm…meatball sammich

We had some meatballs left over from dinner yesterday.  Hard to beat a nice meatball sammich.  I grilled an onion bun and loaded the meatballs onto it, topped it with some mozzarella slices and popped it into the toaster oven.  When the cheese got all melty I added a few sauteed mushrooms.  Mercy!  And I’m really liking these olives I ordered from Amazon, though next time I may go for the pitted version of their antipasto.
