Breakfast Pr0n – sausages and eggs

DSC_4912 [1600x1200]These are a few of the garlic sausage links from one of the first few recipes I tried out when I first got the meat grinder.  I decided more garlic and more pepper would work better for my own taste, but these are damn good sausages.  They may be a little too lean, I’ll try to add more fat to the pork shoulders next time.
