The last of the Korean BBQ beef. I had the big cast iron skillet smoking when I dumped this bit in there. I cut some more fries with the new machine and played around with them some. I gave them a first fry at 325 and then froze them just to see how they would work out. They were excellent. These just came out of the second fry at 375. This is the only way to do home fries, they are seriously good this way.
