As we approach Veterans Day, let’s take a seriously look at some troubling issues, starting with homelessness. It’s difficult to get a solid count, but it’s estimated that FIFTY THOUSAND American Veterans are homeless and another 1.4 Million are at risk due to unemployment, poverty and predatory (and illegal) lending practices.
Let’s try and do something more than just thank our Vets. It starts with us, who they were willing to lay down their lives to protect.
