Mmm… Chicken and Rice
This would be Mmm… Chicken Marsala if I had found any Marsala in the cupboard. I made do with a dry sherry but it wasn’t as good. Not bad, mind, just not as good as the flavor you get with Marsala wine. I made no attempt to do anything other than flour the chicken breasts. For that matter, I didn’t hit the chicken very hard when I went to pound them flat. And the mushrooms are canned. Bah, don’t know why I even bothered to take a picture.
