Smoked Pork Tenderloin

20161004_1311361600x1200Tenderloins are easy to smoke and fairly quickly done as these things go.  I rubbed these with my all purpose dry rub and set them on the rack in my already hot smoker.  It takes 2-1/2 to 3 hours.  The meat today is leaner than ever and the USDA recommended safe internal temperature is 145 degrees20161004_1631571600x1200
