Breakfast Pr0n

It’s not bacon, exactly, it’s the last of the almost porchetta I made a couple of weeks ago.  I say almost porchetta because I didn’t roll it up around a pork tenderloin.  I isn’t a cured meat product – no pink salt was added.  Call it pancetta?  Works for me!  A very garlic-y pancetta with fennel.
