Here’s That Giardiniera

I’ve added some chopped ripe olives, a jar of salad olives with pimentos, canola oil, white vinegar, Mexican oregano, and a few grinds of black pepper.  The longer it sits the better it tastes.  I have time, there’s still a quart or so of the last batch.

  1. Hey. Wait up. There are more than the 5 ingredients you list. I thinks I see maybe garlic, onions and some jalapenos. I want to make giardiniera too.
