Buttermilk Pan Biscuits

I’ve been making these a lot, they are good and so easy they appeal to the lazy in me.  I usually end up adding more buttermilk than called for because mine tend to look a little thick.  You can go another 1/2 cup without a problem.This is my own take on chicken pot pie using some leftover veggies we had with roast chicken last night.  I added frozen peas and corn to the broccoli, cauliflowers, carrots, and onions that we had with the roast.
