A Tradition Is Born

These little sausages are just great.  Some of that ‘kraut is my homemade, the rest from a can.  It seemed natural and wholly proper to make sliders out of them.  I used dill chips on mine but the sauerkraut would have been perfectly OK.  The rolls are these telera sliders, Kroger has been carrying these for some time now.  They have a chewy crust that holds up well to juicy fillers like Italian sausage, cheeseburgers and the like.
