These particular noodles just to narrow it down a bit. These are labeled Canton Noodles which I believe is their brand name. Just below that they call them Oriental Style. They are just handy as pockets in pants. They cook in five minutes and go with just about anything. These separate into six small bundles when out of the plastic.We dropped them, still hot, into a bowl and added the wee dab of rewarmed chicken and veggies in gravy leftover from another meal. Good stuff.There was also a little Italian beef leftover with a lot of broth – too much for any bun in the house to soak up.
The one bundle of the six that I cooked was split between the two bowls. Like most pastas they go farther than they look like they might.
