April Leaves In A Huff

The last day of April saw about 3-4 inches of snow accumulate after a night and day of flurries.

Despite the frosty look, the tulips survived.  I’ll show off the May flowers later.

My tomatoes were safely tucked way in a wall-o-water. I am wondering if I will be plum-less since the tree was in full bloom.  I will be sad if so, because I revamped the grape vines, to make them easier to harvest. That pruning will probably mean I won’t have many grapes this season.  No grapes, no plums? Say it ain’t so!

  1. I saw the picture under the title and giggled as I wondered just how big a snit those leaves were in.
