Wrapped and unwrapped – I like fried flour tortillas. These burritos were cooked in a quarter inch of oil for a short time on each side. The filling were warm going in.This plate is about the same as the first, only not rolled into a burrito. The flour tortilla wedges were fried in oil until they just barley browned and then drained in a bowl and salted while hot. They eat like mini tacos when topped with fillings from the plate. This plate has the carne adovada, guacamole. beans, a salsa, pickled peppers, and queso fresco.
