We’ve roasted plenty of sprouts but this is the first time with bacon. Preheat the oven to 400°, prep the sprouts and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cut some bacon up and spread over the veggie. I used parchment paper on the tray to make clean up easier.I looked in on them after 20 minutes and they were doing well but the bacon wasn’t quite right yet, 10 more minutes and they were perfect. Don’t shy away from the blackened bits, they add a lot of flavor!
