My patio peppers are yielding enough that I’m needing to use them up before the ripe ones get too ripe and soft. I’ve been buying small jars of Kroger Private Label pickled jalapenos that are very sweet and I figured I could do that. My trusty mandoline got a workout. These slices are simmering in the sweet vinegar brine.We ate a few out of hand. They are pretty tasty. Mrs J thinks they will be good on a pizza. I will heap them atop various sammiches, for sure.
