InstaPot Roast

I always add more than enough stock to these because I know that the leftovers will be soup for the next few days.  I thawed one of the arm roasts from that beef order, not sure what the weight was but it was in the 3 lb range.  Forty minutes in the Instant Pot.  I’ll add canned corn and green beans right from the can, and steam a few baby carrots.  I think a loaf of fresh bread is called for.
