Tacos

I really should remember to douse the tacos with salsa after the picture is taken, not before.  These are flour tortillas that were laid atop the stove burner for a few seconds per side.  The filling is refried beans, chicken, cheddar, queso fresco, pickled jalapeno, and taqueria salsa.
We are liking the flour tortillas over those made with corn because they are more robust, their flavor is fine.
