Stir Fry Fun

I had a chicken roasting for dinner but wasn’t sure what sides to have with it.  Mrs J asked about those little potatoes.  I mentioned fresh green beans and she came back with “and what about those teeny colored carrots?’Ta Da!  I cooked the veggies in oil, covered, until they were tender, and then added a sauce of sesame oil, oyster sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, ginger, and a dash of red pepper flake.  It was a fun meal and the veggie dish worked very well.
