Chicken Biscuits

I made this from the leftover roasted chicken featured in the Stir Fry Fun post from the other day.  I took the fat from the roasting pan and made a roux, then added broth to make a nice gravy.  The veggies are the same plus some frozen peas.
Pay no mind to the copious addition of black and red pepper. I like that much but YMMV, as the kids say nowadays.
