My Dough-Fu Is Still Weak

I mentioned that I would explore methods to make that very lean ground beef into tasty hamburgers.This seems to be the minimum modification that results in a good burger:  For each pound of ground meat add a chopped onion that has been caramelized in oil, and a tablespoon of worcestershire.  Just for fun I added a splash of fish sauce.  Be sure to add the oil the onions cooked in, that’s part of the recipe.
The cooking time is much shorter.  Heat the skillet with a bit more oil until it’s very hot and place the patty. You want it to sear for the flavor that adds, turn it over and go for another sear and then serve on a bun.
