These things are a lot like gold leaf – pound them flat and watch them grow. This one fit into a quart freezer bag for the hammering. It’s a good way to contain the mess. It was dredged in flour/egg/flour and fried. My ADD had me looking for a clean shaker top plastic container to mix the seasonings with flour. I finally gave up and stirred the seasonings into the flour with a fork.
I’m still on with the roasted veggies. These were tossed with oil, fresh thyme leaves, and S&P and spent 25 minutes at 400°
