It’s Officially Soup Season

This is another edition of the stuffed pepper soup.  This one has one pound each of the lean ground beef and sweet Italian sausage, two green bell peppers and a large yellow onion, several cups of chicken stock, two cans of tomato bits and one of tomato sauce.  Seasoned with various dried herbs and powders and minced garlic.

This is good over pasta or with rice but today we went straight soup with fresh bread warm from the machine.
