Roasted Cauliflower

This was easy and needed almost no time to prep.  Chop the cauliflower, toss with olive oil, kosher salt and roasted garlic powder, and roast at 400 for 30 minutes.  Crumble crisp bacon over it and grate some parmesan and you are good to go.  I tried it with a little bacon ranch dressing and that was just killer.
