Garlic Paprika Fried Potatoes

I pan-fried these in a little olive oil.  You want to soak the cut potatoes in cold water to take away some of the starch and then dry them well.  I tossed these with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and black pepper.  They’re served with sliced ham and baked beans.
