    • It’s baked. It’s a whole head cut into six pieces. I drizzled olive oil all over it, salted it plenty, sprinkled on cheap Parm from the green canister, gave it a nice dusting with Aleppo pepper, and gave it an hour at 350. Could have been hotter or longer as it’s pretty forgiving. It’s easier to get better color when the veg is sliced like a steak but you need a bigger pan and I was cooking it in my toaster oven.
