Coconut Curry Chicken

I can’t say I followed a recipe for this.  I cut up a whole chicken, dumped it into a bowl and added plenty of curry powder, paprika, red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple tablespoons of garam masala that was left over from something else.I covered the bottom of the pan with potatoes and onions, placed the chicken on top, and baked for 30 minutes at 400° until the chicken had some good color.  Mixed a can of coconut milk with a can of crushed tomatoes and poured it in and baked for another 45 minutes or so.  I wish I had used all thighs for this, the breast meat was too dry which was a surprise given that it was basically braised in liquid.
All in all it was just OK
