This popped up on Youtube for us the other day. I had shrimp in the freezer and some leftover rice.We thought fried rice was the way to go. The basmati rice works particularly well for fried rice. For whatever reason it hardly ever clumps on me.Mrs J gives it 5 stars. Our shrimp wasn’t shell on – it was peeled and deveined and was sans tails so I didn’t do anything but thaw, drain and pat it dry. I have no idea how old the rice flour we used is but it worked well enough.
