We had another go at the salt and peppers ribs recipe. They turned out well. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag of frozen onion rings. I was expecting the chopped and pressed into rings version and got actual onion rings. I cooked them in the air fryer, set for 15 minutes @375°. I put them into the cold oven so they got the pre heat time plus the 15.
I made another batch of the All American bbq sauce, this time following the recipe exactly. I think I added sweet soy sauce and Kitchen Bouquet to the last batch to darken the color somewhat. I wish I had remembered this time.
