We bought these last year when whole racks were just ridiculously cheap. We’re cashing one in today. I have horseradish and jus to dip bites for that little extra.
I love the little Yukon Gold potatoes. Boil till tender, let cool, and then smash until they are mostly flat. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle salt. I added some rough chopped garlic to the bottom. Let them get some good color in a hot oven, then add broccoli to roast right on top of the potatoes.
