Chicken Gravy and Mashed Potatoes

We had a bag of those little red potatoes in the pantry that were on the verge of turning bad. I steamed and then lightly mashed them with butter, adding chopped fresh parsley to pretty them up a bit.

I found a frozen chunk of chicken gravy that I reheated with some leftover baked chicken. Everything is better with the Aleppo pepper.

I still have plenty of the chicken and gravy. I imagine it will be served ere long with either noodles or biscuits. Hmm.. I’m now pondering chicken pot pie.
