This wasn’t bad, I added more broth, pork, additional noodles, and the soft boiled egg to one of those frozen meals in a bag. It does lack garnishes. I had green onions and some Italian parsley but that slipped my mind.
I did add chili oil when I got my bowl to the table – contributed nicely to the taste but not much to the looks. The egg steamed for 7 minutes. I gave it an ice water bath to cool it down enough to peel. I’m still looking for a way to slice it without losing so much yolk.
