Penne

I made spaghetti the other day and had a few cups of sauce leftover. I thought baked penne would be a good way to use it.

I thought to give the low water cooking method a go. I’ve been watching Kenji on his youtube cooking channel and he always does pasta this way. Worked like a charm! Thanks, Kenji! Don’t use all the salt that you would with the usual method.
