This was made with the AllRecipes quick crust recipe. I let the dough rise a little before shaping it into the pan and then let it rise a bit more because the oven wasn’t yet at temp. That’s why the outer edge is so puffed up. There was plenty of dough for a cheese crust but we have been out of string cheese for a long time.
The toppings are ham, pickled jalapeno, pepperoni, and some of that muffuletta style olive and veggie mix. The sauce was straight from a can crushed tomatoes with oregano and garlic added. There’s Parmesan and mozzarella on it.
It’s been a long time since we’ve had homemade and we were not disappointed. It’s just better than frozen.
