I used Italian sausages for this. The cauliflower was roasted in the toaster oven with a drizzle of garlic olive oil.
I dropped in a couple of sprigs of rosemary that I clipped off the patio bush last year and froze. There is some Aleppo pepper on them, and salt & ground black pepper. They spent 20-25 minutes @ 375, starting with a cold oven. The timer doesn’t kick in until it hits temp, so maybe 30 minutes total.
These cooked on a low flame, partially covered. I added some beans to warm towards the end. It took about 30 minutes.
