Noodles in a bone broth concentrate. I squeezed the concentrate out into a sauce pan and added a ladle of the noodle water, warmed it, and then added the drained noodles and tossed them to coat. It has thin sliced pork tenderloin that cooked briefly in the water the noodles cooked in, and an egg that cooked with the noodles. We made a quick visit to the greengrocer to pick up some peeled garlic and I bought some of the leafy green things in the bowl. I can’t remember the name but it is probably choy sum. It is similar to broccoli rabe.
