Tidbits

The last Tidbits led off with Gabe sitting in the backyard so it seems that an action shot in the other backyard would work here. I have, maybe, three backyards, depending on how you count them.

This time of year the feeder action is slow, compared with snow and cold days.

I notice that they seem to be squatting on their feet to try to keep them warm. There may be an alternate explanation but I like mine.

Random Raccoon

Lonesome Dove

I cooked up another slab of pork belly. This one got a sprinkling of salt, black pepper, and my fave – Aleppo pepper. The last pork belly cooked slow at 250 for a long time, this one was faster at 350, plus a 550 blast at the end to crisp up the skin.

Chicken Noodle Ramen – the chili oil looks like movie blood.
