Fry chopped Napa cabbage, broccoli, shredded carrots, and green onions with ginger and garlic. Add a splash of fish sauce and soy as needed. Add back the chicken to rewarm and a sauce made of soy, oyster, and Hoisin with corn starch. Add thawed shrimp at the last to just get them pink.
