Mrs J wanted French toast. I had a loaf of Italian in the fridge that badly needed using. Wait, can I slip that usage by? If I call it Italian toast there are sure to be misunderstandings. Next stop for what’s left is cubed and on a toasting tray. I have plenty of freezer room and I’m sure I’ll be making dressing again. Bag it and tag it.
