Pork Belly and Ham

I chopped some veggies and started them in a pan, added lardons of pork belly and some chopped ham. Oyster sauce? Sure!

Mrs J decided to have hers on a bun but I had a bit of rice in the fridge so I warmed it and had mine that way because I wanted chili oil. I bet I could have had mine on a bun and had the chili oil, too, but that way lies, if not madness, then red oil stains on my shirt.
