This is the salt and pepper rib recipe with some steak fries from a bag. Ore-Ida, I’m pretty sure.
Rub the rack with mustard of choice and sprinkle onto that base some pepper and salt plus whatever else – garlic & onion powders, Aleppo pepper. It gets 3 hours at 300, give or take. Ovens, ya know?
I set the air fryer to 400 and gave it 15 minutes on the tots and fries. It was enough for me. You might want yours crisper/softer.
