Shrimp and Potato Crowns

Popping two sorts of fried foods into the air fryer at the same time is almost as easy a meal as eating beans from a can. These are coconut shrimp because that was all Kroger had on offer next to the easy peel raw shrimp I went to the freezer case to find. The crowns are what Ore-Ida calls these coin sized not-tots. The both of these went into a 425 degree pre-heated air fryer for fifteen minutes. That was a minute or so too many for the shrimp.
