I like this a lot. This one has ground chicken and a bunch of fried chilies. I cooked the chicken first, removed it, and then did the cabbage, adding back the meat and some sauce to warm. Soy sauce and a splash of black vinegar with corn starch worked well. Lots of minced garlic and ginger plus a few chopped dried peppers in the oil to start everything off. There’s a dab of black bean paste with garlic in there but not so much you notice.
