Baked Rigatoni

I cooked up a half box of rigatoni and it made a ton so I changed the meal plan on the fly.

It started off with a meat sauce – a pound of Italian sausage, half an onion, big can of crushed tomatoes with dried herbs and garlic. I was thinking “bowl of pasta with sauce and some grated parm on that”. Easy peasy! Then I dumped the pasta to drain in a strainer. Too much! It all went into a pan with a ton of cheese and the toaster oven did the rest.
